Matt Wertz is a singer/songwriter based in Nashville. “Feels So Right” indulges in country influences, while describing the excitement of telling someone you love them for the very first time.

According to Wertz, all of the songs on ‘Weights & Wings’ are rooted in personal relationships. As for the album’s title, the 31-year-old explains that it was inspired by a daily meditation book he reads. “It’s the idea that the heavy things in life and the transcendent times are both equally important in propelling us on and through life,” he says.
